Khurshid Alam welcomes scores of political activists from Magam-Budgam into PC

Srinagar, April 02 : Scores of prominent political activists hailing from various ideological backgrounds joined the Peoples Conference today at its Magam office who were extended a warm welcome by the party Provincial President Mohammed Khurshid Alam.
 
In a statement to the media, Alam recognized their decision to join JKPC as a reflection of the shifting dynamics in the region’s political landscape while commending them for their choice to align with the party.
 
“The significant response from individuals belonging to all walks of life and communities is a testament to JKPC’s inclusive vision and values. We embrace those who share our commitment to fostering positive change and progress in Jammu and Kashmir,” he remarked
 
He added that “We are committed to providing a platform where every individual’s voice is heard and respected,” Alam affirmed. “Together, we will work tirelessly to address the aspirations and concerns of the people.”
 
Among the prominent leaders present on this occasion were Vice President Budgam Showkat Wani, Senior Leader Syed Parvez, YJKPC President Beerwah Bilal Ahmad, Youth Secretary Beerwah Omar Mohammad, YJKPC Joint Secretary Beerwah Tariq Ahmad, YJKPC Joint Secretary Budgam Saifullah Qadri and Social Media Head Beerwah Aijaz Rather, alongside several others.
 
In a further demonstration of the party’s extensive grassroots engagement, Alam chaired a booth-level meeting at the Beerwah Constituency.
 
The meeting served as a forum for party members to strategize and outline their priorities for the upcoming Parliamentary elections.
 
Reflecting on the importance of such grassroots interactions, Alam emphasized, “Booth-level meetings are the cornerstone of our democratic process. They provide us with invaluable insights and perspectives from the ground, guiding our efforts to create positive change at the grassroots level.”
 
Moreover, Vice President Budgam Showkat Wani, Senior Leader Syed Parvez, YJKPC President Beerwah Bilal Ahmad, Youth Secretary Beerwah Omar Mohammad, YJKPC Joint Secretary Beerwah Tariq Ahmad, YJKPC Joint Secretary Budgam Saifullah Qadri, and Social Media Head Beerwah Aijaz Rather were also present.
