Jammu Kashmir Apni Party Vice President, Usman Majid, convened a meeting of party functionaries on Monday at Banidpora to discuss the upcoming Parliament elections. While addressing the party functionaries, Majid reiterated his steadfast commitment to maintaining independence in his voting choices, firmly asserting, “Nobody can dictate for whom and for which party I have to vote.”
In a resounding declaration of allegiance to the national interest and the welfare of the people, Majid said, “I will support the party that works in the national interest and prioritizes the well-being of the people of Jammu and Kashmir.” Emphasizing his role as a representative of the people, he reiterated, “I am only the agent of the people, not the agent of any other entity or interest. I will continue to work tirelessly as the people’s agent, advocating for their rights and welfare, ” he added
Let it be known that nobody can dare to dictate to me whom to vote for. My allegiance is to the national interest, the welfare of my people, and the principles of democracy. I will continue to uphold these values with unwavering determination and integrity, Majid said,
