JAMMU, MARCH 20: Lieutenant Governor Shri Manoj Sinha has extended his heartiest greetings to the people on the occasion of Navroz.
In his message, the Lieutenant Governor has said, “On the auspicious occasion of Navroz, I convey my heartiest greetings and best wishes to all.
