Lok Sabha Elections-2024: Gandhi Memorial College Sgr organizes Voter Awareness Campaign under SVEEP

SRINAGAR, MAY 01: Gandhi Memorial College Srinagar organized a grand cultural programme as part of the Systematic Voters’ Education and Electoral Participation (SVEEP) initiative to promote the cause of voting.
Various cultural performances were presented, captivating the audience and aligning with the theme of promoting voting.
In his remarks as the chief guest, the college’s Principal, Prof Abdul Wahid Makhdoomi emphasized the importance of voting in the upcoming parliamentary elections.
The event also recognized and distributed certificates to outstanding volunteers from the National Service Scheme (NSS).
This event served as an effective platform to raise awareness about the value of voting and encouraging active participation in the democratic process among the student community.
