BANDIPORA, MAY 07: Sub Divisional Magistrate Sumbal, Aamir Choudhary who is also ARO 14-Sonawari on Tuesday flagged-off a tonga rally under SVEEP at Hajin to raise awareness on the right to exercise franchise.
The rally was flagged-off from Hajin Bridge and culminated at Kathpora Hajin.
The participating Tongas carried banners, with the messages to highlight the importance of voting and passed through various areas of Hajin.
Addressing the participants, SDM highlighted the importance of voting and urged eligible citizens to ensure participation in elections to strengthen democracy.
EO MC Hajin Fayaz Ahmad, DySP Rameez Ahmad and other concerned officers were also present on the occasion.
