BARAMULLA, JUNE 27: Continuing the special public outreach programme and in order to take first hand appraisal of the issues of the general public at their door steps, the Addl. Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Sopore, S A Raina today visited Kangroosa Tehsil Dangiwacha and chaired a day-long Block Diwas camp.

The programme witnessed large participation of people from Kangroosa and its adjacent areas including DDC, BDC, Ex Sarpanchs and Panchs and other adjoining areas of Tehsil Dangiwacha.
During the programme, the ADC listened to various issues and demands of people, meant for the overall welfare and development of the area.

Various public delegations and scores of individuals projected developmental issues before the ADC, and sought timely resolution of their grievances and demands.

The demands put forth by the public included macadamization of Sathin to Pazalpora road, widening of link and main roads, construction of additional structures GSS Kangroosa and development of playfields in the area fire services, ambulance in PHC, besides augmentation of JJM schemes including completion of ongoing schemes, etc.

After giving a patient hearing to the grievances and demands of the public, the ADC assured that all their issues and demands would be taken up with the concerned authorities for their timely redressal.
