RAMBAN, DECEMBER 21: The inaugural Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) programme of Mission YUVA was successfully organized today at Panchayat Maitra A, in District Ramban.
The event was conducted under the leadership of Deputy Commissioner Baseer-Ul-Haq Chaudhary and chaired by Additional District Development Commissioner Roshan Lal, who is also the District Nodal Officer for Mission YUVA.
Assistant Commissioner Panchayat Ashfaq Ahmed; Assistant Director Employment Amit Kumar; Block Development Officer Yasir Wani and several other officers and officials were also present.
Youth from surrounding Panchayats of Maitra A, along with officials from the District Employment and Counselling Centre (DECC), actively participated in the programme.
The IEC activity focused on promoting the initiatives of Mission YUVA, aimed at empowering the youth through skill development, employment opportunities, and entrepreneurship support. Key aspects of the programme included awareness generation, capacity building, and highlighting government schemes that facilitate socio-economic development.
The event marked a significant step towards achieving the objectives of Mission YUVA and mobilizing community support for youth empowerment initiatives.
