NC, PDP part of INDIA alliance, won’t break the unity: Omar Abdullah
Share on FacebookShare on TwitterWhatsappTelegram

Srinagar, Apr 02 : National Conference Vice-President Omar Abdullah Tuesday reiterated that NC and PDP are together and are part of INDIA alliance.

He advised media to expose A team, B team and C team of BJP instead of questioning unnecessarily National Conference and PDP over the alliance.
“When PDP President Mehooba Mufti Ji herself said that Farooq sahib and we are united and are together to save the Constitution of the country and we will not break the alliance, then why you people are trying to make us fight here,” Omar Abdullah as per KNS told reporters in south Kashmir’s Anantnag.
He said you (media) should expose A, B and C teams of BJP instead of questioning NC and PDP over alliance.
Speaking on the arrest of Delhi CM Arvind Keriwal and others, the former Chief Minister Omar Abdullah said that it is unfortunate that opposition leaders are being arrested before election. “It is very sadistic situation that opposition leaders are being arrested. It will have serous results on the democracy of our India,” he said.
He appealed Supreme Court and Election Commission of India (ECI) to take strict note of arrest of opposition leaders ahead of elections. “Supreme Court and ECI shouldn’t ignore this matter. They should intervene into it and using agencies during elections should be stopped forthwith,” Omar Abdullah added.
