JAMMU, NOVEMBER 21: National Career Service Center for SC/ST Jammu organised a Confidence Building Programme for the Trainees of Government Women ITI, Jammu here today. The topic of the programme was “Hope Creates Approach”. The Speaker/Counsellor of the programme was Sub-Regional Employment Officer Jammu, Gopal Sharan.
The objective of the programme was to motivate students and participants to develop a positive mindset, build Self Confidence and understand the importance of hope as the foundation for personal growth and success. The students were also made aware about the career counselling/Guidance activities, free coaching and training programme offered by NCSC for SC/ST jobseekers of J&K and Ladakh.
The students described the session as meaningful and impactful. Principal Women ITI, Jammu was also present at the programme.
