Srinagar December 06: Police under the aegis of Civic Action Programme 2023-24 distributed computers to Orphanages and Orphans at Balashram and Gulistan-e-Banat Handwara.
The distribution ceremony was attended by SSP Handwara Dawood Ayoub-JKPS, DySP DAR Handwara, SHO PS Handwara & other officers of Police District Handwara.
On the occasion, SSP Handwara interacted with all the orphanages and assured them that Jammu and Kashmir Police will always play its eminent role in providing every possible support to the needy people.
He also asked the beneficiaries not to allow the poverty and orphanage to fall prey off ignorance & illiteracy.
The participants requested SSP Handwara that such more events should be organized to have good interaction and relationship with common masses and police as well.(KNS)
