JAMMU, NOVEMBER 19: Chief Engineer (Distribution) JPDCL, Jammu has informed that the power supply to Phintar, Billawar, Mandli, Parnala, Bhaddu and adjoining areas will remain affected on November 20 from 8 am to 12 noon.
