SRINAGAR, AUGUST 09: According to the Chief Engineer, Distribution, KPDCL, in order to carry out the shifting of 11 KV line near main road Kathidarwaza, shutdown of 33KV GIS Khanyar-Kathidarwaza line shall be observed due to which 33/11KV Receiving Station at Kathidarwaza shall remain off while power supply to Saida Kadal, Naidyar, Hassanabad, Mir Behri Dal, Central Jail, Psychiatric Hospital, Kathidarwaand adjoining areas will be affected from 07:00 AM to 02:00 PM on 25 August, 2025.

Similarly, to facilitate branch cutting of trees coming in the alignment of said 33 KV lines, shutdown of 33KV Kupwara Old line shall be observed due to which 33/11KV Receiving Stations at Khumriyal, Krusen, Diver, Sogam, Machil shall remain off while power supply to Whole lolab valley, Machil and adjoining areas will be affected from 10:00 AM to 05:00 PM on 26 August, 2025.

Also in this connection, shutdown of 33 KV Hyhama line shall be observed due to which 33/11KV Receiving Stations at Karihama, Trehgam, Hyhama shall remain off while power supply to Trehgam, Hayan, Zurhama, Gushie, Dedikoot, Hyhama, Manigah, Batpora and adjoining areas will be affected from 10:00 AM to 05:00 PM on 26 August, 2025.

Moreover, shutdown of 33KV Handwara Old line shall be observed due to which 33/11KV Receiving Stations at Zachaldara, Adoora, Changimulla shall remain off while power supply to Zachaldara, Wadipora, Wadder, Changmulla, Adoora, Hanga, Haril and adjoining areas will be affected from 10:00 AM to 05:00 PM on 27 August, 2025.

Likewise, shutdown of 33KV Dolipora line shall be observed due to which 33/11KV Receiving Stations at Vilgam, Magam, Tarathpora shall remain off while power supply to Dolipora, Magam, Neelipora, Vilgam, Tarathpora and adjoining areas will be affected from 10:00 AM to 05:00 PM on 28 August, 2025.

Further, shutdown of 33KV Kralpora line shall be observed due to which 33/11KV Receiving Stations at Kralpora, Keran, Panzgam, Tangdar, Tethwal shall remain off and power supply to Kralpora, Keran, Tangdar, Chowkibal, Panzgam, Teethwal and adjoining areas will be affected from 10:00 AM to 05:00 PM on 28 August, 2025.

Furthermore, shutdown of 33KV Tangdar Tap line shall be observed due to which 33/11KV Receiving Stations at Tangdar, Teethwal shall remain off and power supply to Whole Tangdar and Teethwal area and adjoining areas will be affected from 10:00 AM to 05:00 PM on 29 August, 2025.

Besides in this connection, shutdown of 33KV Handwara Hot line shall be observed due to which 33/11KV Receiving Stations at Handwara, Chogul, Pohrupeth shall remain off while power supply to Handwara Town, Kultora, Maratgam, Kandi, Chogul, Kulangam, Sagipora and adjoining areas will be affected from 10:00 AM to 05:00 PM on 29 August, 2025.

In order to carry out branch cutting of trees coming in the alignment of said 33 KV lines, shutdown of 33KV Kupwara Hot line shall be observed due to which 33/11KV Receiving Stations at Tikker, Galizoo, Drugmulla shall remain off while power supply to Kupwara Town, DC Complex, Zangli, Batergam, Drugmulla, Nagri, Arampora and adjoining areas will be affected from 10:00 AM to 05:00 PM on 31 August, 2025.

Also in this connection, shutdown of 33KV Keran and Machil Tap line shall be observed due to which 33/11KV Receiving Stations at Keran, Machil shall remain off while power supply to Whole Keran, Machil areas will be affected from 10:00 AM to 05:00 PM on 02 September, 2025.
