SRINAGAR, AUGUST 25: According to the Chief Engineer, JKPTCL Kashmir, in order to carry out testing and commissioning of NIFPES of 80 MVA Power Transformer at Grid Station Kulgam, shutdown of 33KV Kulgam-Kulgam line, 33 KV Kulgam-Yaripora line, 33 KV Kulgam-Devsar line & 33 KV Kulgam-DH Pora line shall be observed due to which 33/11KV Receiving Stations at Kulgam, Yaripora, Behibagh, Devsar, Chambgund, Ashmuji, Kelam, Chawalgam, Nillow, Rambhama, DH Pora shall remain off while power supply to Kulgam, Yaripora, Behibagh, Devsar, Chambgund, Ashmuji, Kelam, Chawalgam, Nillow, Rambhama, DH Pora and adjoining areas will remain affected With additional cuts on rotational basis only from 09.00 AM to 05.00 PM on 27 August, 2025.
Also, as per a separate shutdown schedule issued by Chief Engineer, JKPTCL Kashmir, in order to remove Cross Jumpers at Tower location no. LP-3 besides replacing damaged Earth wire between location no. LP-3 and LP-4, necessitated due to commissioning of 220 KV Lassipora-Wagoora Section of 220 KV WMTL, shutdown of 33KV Lassipora-Pulwama line, 33KV Lassipora-Keegam-Mitrigam line, 33KV Lassipora-Landoora line & 33KV Lassipora- New Reshipora line shall be observed due to which 33/11KV Receiving Stations at Pulwama, Pinglena, Tenghar, Covid Hospital, Mitrigam, Keegam, Gulshanabad, Chararipora, Landoora, Momen, Reshipora shall remain off while power supply to Pulwama Town, Tahab, Tenghar, Koil, Wasura, Chandgam, Litter, Arihal, Pinglena, Babhar, Pakharpora, Charipora, Akhal, Rajpora, Keegam, Gulshanabad, Wachi, Babapora, Landoora, Mantribugh, Ratnipora, Hermain, Hajipora, Zainpora, Turkewangan, Chitrigam, Reban and Nagbal and adjoining areas will remain affected from 10.00 AM to 03.00 PM on 26 August, 2025.
