Power Shutdown by KPDCL

SRINAGAR, JULY 10: Chief Engineer, Distribution, KPDCL has informed that the Shutdown of 33 kV GIS Tengpora Court line will be observed due to which power supply to Batamaloo, Moominabad, Court Complex and adjoining areas will be affected from 08 AM to 02 PM on 11 July 2026.

Similarly, shutdown of 33 kV Lassipora-Pulwama Ckt II (Buildtech) line will be observed due to which power supply to Koil, Tengpona, Muchpona, Tenghar, Pinglena, Gandipora, Gangoo, Prichoo, Covid Hospital and adjoining areas will be affected from 09 AM to 02 PM on 14 July 2026.

Likewise, shutdown of 33 kV Sangam-II line will be observed due to which power supply to Panzgam, Chakoora, Gulzarpora, K-koot, Charsoo, Hari and adjoining areas will be affected from 09 AM to 02 PM on 15 July 2026.

Similarly, shutdown of 33 KV Baramulla-1st line will be observed due to which power supply to District Court, Akbar Chowk, Police lines, Sub District Jail, Khawaja Bagh, Short Delina, Kanthbagh, Ushkura and adjoining areas will be affected from 08 AM to 02 PM on 13 July 2026.

Likewise, shutdown of 132 kV Bemina-Rawalpora Transmission Line will be observed due to which power supply to Court Complex, Tengpora, Firdousabad, Moominabad, Batamaloo, Narkara, Jawahar Nagar, KP Bagh, Mehjoor Nagar, HSHS, Magarmal, Gangbugh, Hyderpora and other adjoining areas will be affected from 08 AM to 02 PM on 11 July 2026.

Meanwhile, the Chief Engineer has informed that the Shutdown of 33 kV Budgam line has been rescheduled to 18 July 2026 from 08 AM to 02 PM.
