Power Shutdown by KPDCL

SRINAGAR, FEBRUARY 20: Chief Engineer, Distribution, KPDCL has informed that Shutdown of 33 kV Bemina-Fatehkadal line and 33 kV Bemina-Barbarshah line will be observed due to which power supply to KK Mohalla, Nowpora, Bohrikadal, BB Shah, Babademb, Bishembarnagar, Gousia Hospital, Naisarak, Barbarshah, Exchange, Basantbagh, Car Parking, Maisuma Bazar and adjoining areas will be affected from 08 AM to 02 PM on 23 February 2026.

Similarly, shutdown of 33 KV Kulgam DH Pora (Chowalgam onwards) will be observed due to which power supply to DH Pora, Aharibal, Nagam, DK Marg, Khull, Nillow, Begam and Sehipora will be affected from 08 AM to 02 PM on 21 & 23 February 2026.

Likewise, shutdown of Handwara Hot line, 33 kV Kupwara Old line and 33 kV Delina-Sopore Tapline line will be observed due to which power supply to Marathgam, Chogal, Handwara Town, Kulangam, Whole Lolab valley, Machil Valley, Sopore Town, Wagub, Amargarh, J&K Bank and adjoining areas will be affected from 08 AM to 02 PM on 21 February 2026.

Similarly, shutdown of 33 KV Shadimarg Tapline of Kanipora-Keller line will be observed due to which power supply to Shadimarg, Drabgam, Kalampora, Qasbayar, Abhama and Sangerwani will be affected from 08 AM to 02 PM on 21 February 2026.
