JAMMU, DECEMBER 06: A delegation of District Development Council Chairpersons called on Lieutenant Governor Shri Manoj Sinha, today and discussed various development issues of their respective Districts.
The delegation was comprised of Col. Mahan Singh (Retd.) Chairman, DDC Kathua; Shri Keshav Dutt Sharma, Chairman, DDC, Samba; Shri Bharat Bhushan, Chairman, DDC, Jammu and Shri Lal Chand, Chairman, DDC Udhampur.
