RAJOURI, OCTOBER 17: To harness the potential of youth and align local aspirations with the national vision of Viksit Bharat @2047, the Deputy Commissioner Rajouri Dr Devansh Yadav today chaired a meeting.
The meeting focused on driving youth leadership, streamlining participation avenues, and finalizing preparations for the upcoming Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue (VBYLD) 2027 – Cultural Track.
During the meeting, the DC emphasised establishing a strong foundation for VBYLD across district Rajouri. The dialogue aims to bridge young minds with governance, enabling youth aged 15–29 to actively contribute innovative ideas, cultural perspectives, and leadership to national development goals.
Deliberations were also held on maximizing outreach to rural and urban youth through colleges, schools, youth clubs, and mandatory registration on the MY Bharat Portal. Officials were directed to conduct aggressive awareness campaigns to ensure equitable participation across all blocks of the district. Strategic Execution of the Cultural Track: Operational plans were discussed for key performance art, theatrical, and literary categories including Folk Dance, Folk Song, Painting, Nukkad Natak and Poetry Writing.
Regarding participant mobilization, directions were issued to streamline entry submissions, team formations, and event schedules across Rajouri. District Rajouri possesses immense talent, particularly in the cultural domain. The DC said that through smooth venue management, expert jury evaluation, and broad-based youth mobilization, we are committed to giving our youth a seamless platform to excel at state and national levels.
