SSP Dr Vinod Kumar, Assistant Returning Officers, various election Nodal Officers and Director IT (DIO NIC) Jammu, Sanjeev Kapoor were present in the meeting.

The RO led a comprehensive review of arrangements concerning operations, logistics, equipment handling, signage installation and security.

Director IT Sanjeev Kapoor was assigned the responsibility of training the counting staff, including AROs and Micro Observers, for the Electronically Transferred Postal Ballot Management System (ETPBMS). Training is set to commence from May 13.
