JAMMU, SEPTEMBER 5: Minister for Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs, Information Technology, Transport, Youth Services and Sports, Satish Sharma, has extended warm greetings to the people of Jammu and Kashmir on the auspicious occasion of Eid-e-Milad-un-Nabi (SAW), marking the birth anniversary of Prophet Muhammad (SAW).

In his message, the Minister said that the sacred occasion is a reminder of the noble teachings of the Holy Prophet (SAW), who showed humanity the path of truth, compassion, and service to mankind.

He expressed hope that the blessed day will inspire people to uphold the values of peace, harmony, mutual respect, and brotherhood, thereby fostering unity and collective progress in society.

“On this revered day, let us rededicate ourselves to the principles of empathy, kindness, and selfless service, which remain the foundation of the Prophet’s (SAW) life and message,” Sharma said.

The Minister added that the true way of celebrating this day is by practicing patience, spreading goodwill, and extending support to those in need.

Satish Sharma also prayed for peace, prosperity, and well-being of all citizens, especially the people of Jammu and Kashmir.
