JAMMU, MAY 14: A team of SDRF 2nd Bn. Jammu late last evening rescued a woman from the high rise building of GMC Jammu.
“A woman resident of Panjari Mongri, District Udhampur was rescued at midnight, after information was received from PCR Jammu that a lady tried to jump from the building of GMC Jammu. A Rescue Team of SDRF 2nd Bn. Jammu immediately rushed towards the spot and by using rescue equipment launched a rescue operation,” a handout stated.
The swift and timely action of the SDRF rescue team under the supervision of Commandant SDRF 2nd Bn. Jammu Zahid Naseen Manhas succeeded in saving the precious life. The efforts of the SDRF rescue team were appreciated by the general public and hospital authorities.
