Baramulla : Leaders of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), unit Jammu and Kashmir on Wednesday said that the time when two families including Mufti’s and Abdullah’s enslaved the people here has passed.

General secretary and incharge Kashmir division of Jammu and Kashmir Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Sunil Sharma said that time has gone when these two families were enslaving the people of Jammu and Kashmir and misleading them by putting guns and stones in their hands.

Now under the presidency of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, he said that the Jammu and Kashmir is changing and progressing with each pass day. “Both the families had treated Jammu and Kashmir as their fiefdom, which would not be tolerated at all in Badalta Kashmir,” he said.

He said that the public gathering rally addressed by home minister Amit Shah held today at Baramulla is a beginning and there is much more to come.

Vice Chairperson of J&K KVIB, Dr. Hina Shafi Bhat also said that the huge crowd welcomed the home minister at Baramulla. “Kashmiris have come to know what is good and what is bad for them,” she said.(KNS)
