Srinagar, Mar 26 : An uncovered and open drainage near Noorbagh area of Srinagar district is posing a risk to pedestrians and commuters alike, said the locals on Tuesday.
Locals from the area informed the news agency that the uncovered drainage at Noorbagh near Cement Bridge has been left unchecked, which is posing a threat to locals and vehicles alike.
“We can’t ignore the danger lying in our neighborhood; it’s a concern that needs to be addressed at the earliest,” emphasized a local resident.
He added that with every passing day without action, the risk to their families and property increases and as per the urgency of this matter, authorities must intervene at the earliest.
