DODA, MAY 21: An immunization and vaccination camp for Hajj-2024 pilgrims traveling under the Private Quota was held today here in the office of the Deputy Chief Medical Officer (Dy CMO) Doda.
The session was supervised by Chief Medical Officer (CMO) Dr. Om Kumar, and DIO Dr. Versha Sharma, along with Mohammad Shafi Attu (HE), Shiv Pal, Priyanka Manhas, Sheetal, Mohammad Umar Mughal, and the staff of the Dy CMO Office.
The CMO closely monitored the vaccination process and inspected the arrangements made to facilitate the pilgrims. Expressing satisfaction over the arrangements, he extended his best wishes to the pilgrims for their upcoming journey.
As many as 18 individuals from the Doda district were vaccinated in preparation for Hajj 2024 under the Private Quota. The vaccination aims to protect the pilgrims from various infections and ensure their health and safety during the pilgrimage.
Farooq Ahmed (JHI) served as the vaccinator at the camp, carrying out the immunization process. The CMO emphasized that the vaccination is crucial in safeguarding the pilgrims from contagious diseases and ensuring a safe pilgrimage.
