SRINAGAR MARCH 05: Sh Haji Farooq Mir, Vice Chairman, District Development Council Kupwara called on Lieutenant Governor Shri Manoj Sinha at Raj Bhawan, today and put forth various development issues of far-flung areas of Kupwara District.
