Budgam, Apr 4, :A 25-year-old youth lost his life in a road accident in the Kulbugh-Wagar area of central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Friday.
Officials said the accident occurred when a Tavera vehicle (JK04C-7617) collided with an Alto car (JK04E-5376), resulting in injuries to four people. Among them, Zeeshan Ahmad Thokar, a resident of Thokerpora Budgam, sustained critical injuries and was rushed to District Hospital Budgam, where doctors declared him dead on arrival.
Medical officials at DH Budgam confirmed that the deceased had suffered severe head trauma and showed no signs of responsiveness upon arrival.
Police in this regard have registered a case under relevant sections of law.
