KUPWARA, FEBRUARY 25: The Zamahdari Project 2.0 has taken a significant stride in educational reform with the launch of a three-day capacity-building training programme for key resource persons.

The training programme was organized by District Institute of Education and Training (DIET) Kupwara in collaboration with PRITHAM, a renowned NGO, following the directions of DC Kupwara, Ayushi Sudan.

The primary goal is to enhance foundational literacy and numeracy skills among students, ensuring a stronger academic future for the children.

The programme was inaugurated by Principal DIET Kupwara, Manzoor Ahmad Bhat, who in his address highlighted the crucial role of literacy and numeracy in a child’s holistic development. He applauded the collaboration with PRITHAM, recognizing the NGO’s dedication to educational transformation.

Coordinated by Mohammad Iqbal Bhat, In-Charge Trainings, the programme is meticulously designed to equip resource persons with innovative teaching methodologies, assessment tools, and strategies to address learning gaps.

Participants appreciated the programme’s dynamic approach, which blends theoretical knowledge with practical applications.

The initiative also emphasises the significance of continuous professional development, enabling educators to adapt to evolving educational needs and methodologies.

This initiative marks a major step toward strengthening the educational framework in Kupwara, reaffirming the commitment to nurturing a generation equipped with essential learning skills.
