98.3 Mirchi, a leading radio station known for its vibrant programing and community engagement, concluded the grand finale of its highly anticipated Mirchi CII Business Mantra, a unique platform to encourage the youth towards the emerging Start up culture. The event was held at Garden Estate, which brought together aspiring entrepreneurs, top industry experts and eminent personalities from Administration in a celebration of innovation and entrepreneurship.
The event began with a warm welcome of all the participants and guest by Mirchi RJs, the chirpy morning jock RJ CHAITANYA who is On Air from 8am TO 12noon, RJ Tani – Mirchi ki Toofani Tani who hosts the Afternoon show from 2 Pm to 5Pm and RJ Rohit – Jammu ka Hit aur lit ladka, the Evening jock who is On Air from 5Pm to 9 Pm.
The Grand Finale attracted more than 100 participants from various colleges and cities of Jammu region, in which 20 were shortlisted for the semi finale and each presented their innovative business ideas to a panel of esteemed judges. Throughout the finale, participants underwent rigorous mentoring sessions and received valuable feedback to refine their pitches and business models.
The highlight of the event was the esteemed presence of Dr Arun Kumar Manhas JKAS, Director, Directorate of Industries Jammu, Mr. Khalid Jahangir JKAS, MD JKTPO, Kunwarani Ritu Singh, Founding Chairperson, FICCI Flo JK Ladakh and they brought a wealth of experience and insights to competition, inspired participants with their words of wisdom and encouragement
Th judging panel comprised of esteemed professionals and industry veterans named Mr. Archit Puri, Chairman CII J&K Chapter, Director PBI India Ltd, Mr Syed Junaid Altaf, Vice Chairman of CII J&K State and promoter and group exclusive director of Fil Industries Pvt, Ltd, Mr Gagan Jain, Director VKC Nuts pvt Ltd, Mr Deepak Sharma, MD Vishwamitra water technologies pvt Ltd, Mr Anshul Gulati, owner of Gulati oils pvt Ltd, Dr Abhishek Sachdeva, owner Sachdeva Netralya, Mr Krishan Gupta, Director of ISPAT India and Mr Sawan Nagpal, owner of Tim- Tim , from Confederation of Indian Industries, who evaluated each pitch based on criteria such as innovation, feasibility, scalability, market potential and presentation quality. After careful deliberation, the winners were announced. Happy Hearts by Khushi by Khushi Gupta bagged first prize, Streamcraft OTT by Atul Vinod Duggal bagged second prize and Inava by Avni bagged 3rd prize. Many others including Herbal Aura by Ishvanku, PayUSnap by Divyanshu, Trishul HR Solutions by Neha also got recognition for presenting promising and impactful business ideas.
In addition to the opportunity to pitch their ideas to potential investors, winners received a range of prizes, including mentorship opportunities, media coverage on radio, and access to resources to help further develop their ventures.
