Arrangements finalized for Eid-Milad-un-Nabi in Bhaderwah

BHADERWAH, SEPTEMBER 4: Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Bhadarwah Sunil Kumar Bhutyal have finalized all necessary arrangements for the smooth and peaceful celebration of Eid-Milad-un-Nabi (SAW).

It was decided that uninterrupted power and water supply will be ensured during the festivities, while the municipal authorities have been directed to maintain sanitation and cleanliness across the town.

For the safety of devotees, the police department will deploy adequate personnel along with magistrates on duty. Fire and emergency services will also keep fire tenders on standby. Special traffic and parking arrangements have been chalked out to facilitate smooth movement during the religious processions.

The meeting was attended by Tehsildar Bhadarwah and Bhalla, SDPO Bhadarwah, BMO Bhadarwah, EO MCB, LDO Bhadarwah, AEE Jal Shakti Bhadarwah, TSO Bhadarwah, Bhalra, Sheep Husbandry department Fire and emergency department participated in the review. Officials stressed the importance of inter-departmental coordination to ensure that all facilities remain functional during the celebration.

The ADC directed the concerned officers Tehsildar Bhadarwah, SDPO Bhadarwah, EO MCB and TSO Bhadarwah to keep a check on the rates and quality of the eatables. The representatives of market organizations were directed to prominently display the approved rate lists of eatables in the shops.
