Together, these companies offered more than 267 vacancies in varied job roles such as Security Guard, Packing Helper, Electrician, Production Engineer, Maintenance Trainee Engineer, Fitter, Apprentices, MIS Executive, ITI Trainees, ITI Fitter/Electrician, ITI Welder, Junior Engineer (JE), Engineer, Shipping Assistant, Store Assistant, Store Helper and Forklift Operator.

The day-long recruitment exercise witnessed 26 candidates being shortlisted, while one candidate secured on-the-spot selection, marking an encouraging beginning for many aspirants. Company representatives appreciated the enthusiasm, preparedness and skill levels of the candidates and assured to extend more opportunities in the future.

In addition to job placements, the participants were also sensitized about government schemes designed for youth empowerment, particularly Mission YUVA, which aims to provide a comprehensive platform for career growth, skill enhancement and entrepreneurship development. The officials present motivated the candidates not only to look for salaried jobs but also to explore avenues of self-employment and innovation to emerge as job creators in the long run.
