He instructed XEN PMGSY to take immediate action for the restoration of damaged roads, deploy required machinery, visit affected stretches and prioritise road safety measures. Regarding power-related concerns, he directed XEN JPDCL to repair damaged electricity cables, ensure timely restoration and formulate a proper power supply schedule for the area.

The Food Department was instructed to ensure that the ration centre remains open at least two to three days a week for public convenience.

Addressing educational concerns, the DC assured that the demand for school upgradation would be taken up with the concerned authorities, and the issue of inadequate classrooms would be prioritised in the next planning cycle. He also instructed the Chief Agriculture Officer to organise awareness camps to promote the Holistic Agriculture Development Programme (HADP) and encourage farmers to enhance agricultural productivity with departmental support. The DC further urged the public to identify a suitable location for the proposed Tehsil building so that the estimation and planning process can begin without delay.
