DC Baramulla Reviews Progress of Award Money, CSR Projects

BARAMULLA DECEMBER, 09: Deputy Commissioner Baramulla, Minga Sherpa, today chaired a review meeting regarding the ongoing projects under Award Money and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at the Meeting Hall of the DC Office, Baramulla.

During the meeting, the DC took a comprehensive review of the physical and financial progress of the works being executed during the financial year 2025-26.

The DC directed the concerned officers to complete all the pending works of previous award-related projects in the Agriculture and allied sectors in the current month without fail.

Meanwhile, the DC instructed the concerned department heads to submit the Utilization Certificates (UCs) for all completed and ongoing projects immediately.

Furthermore, Minga Sherpa directed SICOP to submit geo-tagged photographs of all 20 construction sites, along with the latest status of execution and progress reports, for proper documentation and verification.

The chair emphasized strict adherence to timelines, transparency in execution, and accountability at all levels to ensure effective utilization of public funds.

The meeting was attended by the Chief Planning Officer, Principal Government Medical College Baramulla, Medical Superintendent Associated Hospital GMC and other officers.ex
