DODA, MAY 14: Government DySP Aman Thakur Memorial Degree College Kastigarh today organized Fit India Movement and Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan activities with active participation from students and staff members.
The programme began with a motivational address highlighting the importance of physical fitness, mental well-being and the role of youth in building a drug-free society. Students were encouraged to actively participate in fitness activities and spread awareness regarding the dangers of substance abuse among their peers and society.
Further, the students and staff members took the Nasha Mukt pledge, reaffirming their commitment to stay away from drugs and to promote healthy living. Various fitness exercises and awareness activities were also conducted to emphasize the importance of physical health in leading a productive and responsible life.
The programme was conducted under the guidance of College Principal Prof. Koshal Kumar Mangotra and supervised by Director of Physical Education and Sports Dr. Arjun Singh.
