DODA, JUNE 20: Students from both Government and Private Schools have been actively participating in various yoga events since June 13, 2024. These sessions, conducted both offline and online, have engaged students in activities that offer numerous benefits for individual health and the community. The theme for this initiative,
“Yoga for Self and Society,” underscores the holistic advantages of yoga.
Yoga sessions have provided students with an opportunity to enhance their physical fitness while also promoting mental well-being, stress relief, and emotional balance. This multifaceted approach emphasizes the comprehensive benefits that yoga offers to young individuals.
This initiative is a collaborative effort by the Directorate of School Education Jammu, SAMAGRA, and the District Administration Doda. By engaging students in such healthy and beneficial activities, these organizations aim to foster a culture of well-being and holistic health among the youth.
