KUPWARA, SEPTEMBER 05: The District Election Officer (DEO) Kupwara, Ayushi Sudan today conducted an inspection of the District Election Control Room (DECR) Kupwara and RO’s Office of 3-Kupwara.
The aim of the inspection was to evaluate the smooth functioning of DECR.
During the inspection, DEO assessed the operations of DECR and inspected the status of static surveillance teams via CCTV surveillance and FSTs (Flying Squad Teams) via GPS tracking system.
She also took an appraisal of the strong room.
The DEO also visited RO office 3- Kupwara and meticulously inspected its functioning. She checked the documentation process for making nominations for the 3rd phase of elections, checklists for candidates and facilitation counters for candidates.
Ayushi Sudan emphasized on facilitating fair and transparent elections, reaffirming the administration’s dedication to ensuring a smooth and impartial electoral process in all the six assembly constituencies of Kupwara district.
