KATHUA, SEPTEMBER 14: The electoral landscape of AC 67-Kathua (SC) is vibrant with a series of dynamic events organized under the Systematic Voters’ Education and Electoral Participation (SVEEP) program to encourage active voter participation in the Assembly Elections.

A highly impactful event held At GHS Parliwand saw a huge turnout of students, staff, local citizens and Government functionaries, including Chief Education Officer Mangat Ram Sharma, Principal GHSS Boys, Tara Chand Sharma, and Sector Magistrate Anil Sharma.

Students, guided by Kamlesh Kumari, performed a Nukkad Natak emphasizing the importance of voter participation, followed by cultural programs and a hands-on demonstration of the voting process using a handmade EVM. The event concluded with a voter pledge and rally, reinforcing the commitment to ensuring maximum turnout.

A voter awareness event at Lakhanpur, led by students of Government High School Lakhanpur and guided by Teacher Vivek Sharma, featured a Nukkad Natak and speeches, drawing over 200 locals.
Prominent figures encouraged the public to exercise their democratic right, with the event culminating with a group song and a pledge to vote.
