KUPWARA, OCTOBER 01: Gargi Umrao, Expenditure Observer for Assembly Constituencies of Kupwara, Trehgam and Karnah today on the day of poll visited the polling booths of these constituencies and interacted with the public.
She appreciated the proactive participation of voters and the arrangements that were put in place for ensuring fair, smooth and transparent elections by the District Administration.
She visited the FST’s and SST’s of the three ACs and instructed them to be on toes and intensify the checks.
