SRINAGAR, DECEMBER 27: According to the Chief Engineer, Distribution, KPDCL, in order to carry out upgradation of 33 KV Wanpoh SICOP line from 0.1 ACSR to 0.2 ACSR, the shutdown of 33KV Wanpoh SICOP line shall be observed due to which Receiving Stations at Shamsipora, SICOP, Zirpara, Veeri, Cheniwadder and Shuhul Flour Mill shall remain off while the power supply to the Veer, Srigufwara, Zirpara, Shamsipora and Bijbehara-SICOP areas will be affected from 10:00 AM to 04:00 PM on 31 December, 2024 and 02 & 04 January, 2025.

Similarly, in order to carry out Augmentation of old 0.1 ACSR by 0.2 ACSR line, the shutdown of 33KV Nehalpora (Pattan)-Markundal line shall be observed due to which Receiving Stations at Markundal, Naidkhai, Shahgund and Aglar shall remain off while the power supply to the Naidkhai, Markundal, Shahgund, Khamina, Zaipora and Irrigation Col Sumbal areas will be affected from 10:00 AM to 03:00 PM on 30 December, 2024 and 02 January, 2025.

Also, to carry out the works of augmentation of 33 KV Budgam Parthan line, the shutdown of 33KV Waterhail Tap line shall be observed due to which Receiving Station at Waterhail shall remain off while the power supply to the Samsan, Parthan, Waterhail and PHE Substation will be affected from 10:00 AM to 04:00 PM on 02, 06 & 09 January, 2025.
