KISHTWAR, MARCH 13: SANKALP: Hub for Empowerment of Women (HEW) today organised a Special Awareness Program for adolescents and women on Health and Hygiene here at Panchayat Lachdayaram-A, reinforcing its commitment towards maternal and child well-being.
Representatives from SANKALP HEW emphasized the importance of proper maternal care and personal hygiene, which are crucial for ensuring good health for both mothers and children.
Addressing the gathering, the SANKALP HEW team stressed the significance of hygiene and childcare practices in preventing diseases, improving overall well-being, and encouraged women to utilize government schemes available for maternal and child health.
Additionally, SANKALP HEW distributed Baby Kits and Hygiene Kits among the participants, aimed at providing essential care items for newborns and promoting hygiene awareness among women.
