DEO Reasi chairs meeting with representatives of political parties

REASI, MARCH 19: District Election Officer (DEO) Nidhi Malik today convened a meeting with political representatives to discuss various aspects of the electoral process and address their concerns.

During the meeting, representatives raised several issues, including voter list revisions, additions, deletions and corrections. The discussion also covered the rationalization of polling stations and measures to strengthen the electoral process for free and fair elections.

The DEO assured the representatives that all grievances would be addressed in accordance with the guidelines of the Election Commission of India (ECI). She emphasized the commitment of the administration to ensuring a smooth and transparent electoral process in the district.

The meeting was attended by Dy. DEO Rakesh Kumar and ERO 57- Reasi Anshumali Sharma besides other concerned.
