JAMMU, MARCH 27: Jammu Smart City Limited (JSCL) has signed a contract agreement with M/s Creative Designers for the professional management of static advertisement panels installed across Jammu city for a period of 5 years.
The agreement, signed on 26th March 2025, aims to streamline the advertisement process while enhancing revenue collection for Jammu Smart City Limited (JSCL) and Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC).
The concessionaire was selected through a global tendering process, ensuring fair competition, transparency, and efficiency in awarding the contract.
Under this agreement, M/s Creative Designers will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and revenue generation from these static ad panels. The initiative is expected to bring a structured approach to outdoor advertising, enhancing the city’s aesthetics while maximizing its revenue potential.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Devansh Yadav holding the dual charge of Chief Executive Officer, Jammu Smart City Limited, and Commissioner, Jammu Municipal Corporation, stated: _”This partnership will not only improve the management of advertisement spaces in Jammu but also contribute to the overall beautification and smart urban planning initiatives of the city.”
This initiative aligns with JSCL’s vision of leveraging public assets to create sustainable revenue streams while maintaining the city’s visual appeal and urban aesthetics. The agreement is expected to significantly boost municipal earnings and contribute to the broader Smart City Mission development goals.
