SRINAGAR, JUNE 21: The Physical Education department of Government College of Education (GCOE) today celebrated the 11th International Day of Yoga (IDY) under the leadership of Prof. (Dr.) Seema Naz to promote the holistic benefits of yoga and foster awareness among participants.
The celebration was part of Yoga Sangam, the PAN India mass yoga demonstration.
A guided yoga practice was conducted, covering asanas, pranayama, and meditation, led by Common Instructors through live sessions.
More than 50 participants which include students and staff members of the college performed CYP exercises.
The whole event was coordinated and managed by the staff of the Physical Education department of the college.
