RAMBAN, JULY 30: Abdul Rashid, a resident of Panchayat Kaskoot, block Banihal, had always dreamed of owning a safe and secure home. For years, he lived in a mud house, struggling with the challenges of a fragile and unsafe dwelling. But his life took a turn for the better when he was sanctioned a pacca house under the Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana-Gramin (PMAY-G) Awaas + scheme.
With the help of PMAY-G, Abdul Rashid constructed a sturdy and secure pacca house, complete with basic amenities.
