UDHAMPUR, JUNE 19: Additional Deputy Commissioner Udhampur Prem Singh today chaired a review meeting of line department officers to assess the physical and financial progress of works under the District Capex Budget 2026–27.
The ADC conducted a department-wise review covering Irrigation, Jal Shakti, PWD, RDD, Health, Education, JPDCL and other departments. He directed all departments to ensure 100 per cent allotment of sanctioned works at the earliest, expedite utilisation of allocated funds, mobilise adequate manpower and machinery, conduct regular field inspections and maintain quality, transparency and accountability in execution of works within stipulated timelines.
Among those present were Chief Planning Officer Uttam Singh, Assistant Commissioner (Development) Om Parkash, Assistant Commissioner (Panchayat) Dr Ashwani Hansa and other district officers.
