KUPWARA, SEPTEMBER 5: Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC), Handwara, Aziz Ahmad Rather who is also Returning Officer (RO) AC- 05-Handwara presided over a SVEEP programme at Government Degree College (GDC), Villgam to promote Voter Awareness.
The programme was organised exclusively for students, employees, focusing on the importance of exercising their voting rights by the College authorities in collaboration with Tehsil office Villgam.
This initiative is part of the ongoing efforts to empower voters and encourage their active participation in the democratic process.
Speaking on the occasion, the RO said that the aim of the SVEEP programme is to promote voter education and participation in forthcoming elections of the J&K Assembly.
