KUPWARA, SEPTEMBER 26: General Observer for Assembly Constituency 1-Karnah, Parkash Bindu today visited various polling stations to review the arrangements and preparations made for upcoming Assembly election.
The General Observer also visited the first polling station of India located at Seemari area and Polling Station Amrohee which are located beyond the fences.
On the occasion, the General Observer stressed upon the officers and field staff to ensure proper arrangements in place to ensure smooth conduct of the polling in the area.
