GANDERBAL, SEPTEMBER 18: In an effort to increase voter awareness and boost mobilisation ahead of the upcoming polling day, the District Election Office Ganderbal organized a grand bike rally today under the SVEEP (Systematic Voters’ Education and Electoral Participation) initiative.
The rally was flagged-off by the District Election Officer, Shyambir, in the presence of the District Nodal Officer for SVEEP at Degree College Ganderbal.
The event saw enthusiastic participation from local residents and staff members, all carrying banners and chanting slogans aimed at raising awareness about voter participation. The participants highlighted the importance of casting votes and registering for the upcoming election.
Throughout the rally, announcements were made stressing the significance of voting and encouraging citizens to exercise their democratic rights on polling day.
This initiative is part of the district’s ongoing efforts to ensure higher voter turnout and foster a stronger democratic process.
