SRINAGAR, OCTOBER 01: Chief Minister Omar Abdullah today extended warm greetings to the people of Jammu and Kashmir on the auspicious occasion of Dussehra, the festival symbolizing the triumph of good over evil.
In his message on the eve of the festival, the Chief Minister said that Dussehra inspires people to uphold the values of truth, righteousness and justice under all circumstances.
