Darul Khair Mirwaiz Manzil extends Rs 10 lakh aid to Warwan fire victims

Srinagar, Nov 19 : In a compassionate response to the recent devastating fire that swept through Warwan in Kishtwar district, Darul Khair Mirwaiz Manzil had announced financial aid to support the affected families.

A delegation from the organization delivered Rs 10 lakh to those impacted by this unfortunate incident, a statement issued to the news agency.

The cheque was handed over to Advocate Babar of Ababeel, an NGO which is working tirelessly for the rehabilitation of the fire victims.

The fire, which occurred around two months back, resulted in extensive damage to homes and properties, leaving many families in urgent need of assistance.

Recognizing the severity of the situation and the pressing needs of the victims, Darul Khair Mirwaiz Manzil has stepped forward with this contribution as part of its commitment to humanitarian aid and community support.

Mirwaiz Umar Farooq had expressed deep sorrow over the incident and reiterated his commitment to supporting those in distress. “In times of such calamity, it is our duty to stand by our brothers and sisters and extend all possible help. We hope that this contribution will bring some relief to the affected families and help them recover from this tragic event,” he stated.

Darul Khair Mirwaiz Manzil has been in the forefront of providing assistance during emergencies and disasters. The organization remains dedicated to its mission of serving humanity and promoting welfare activities across the region
