BANDIPORA MARCH 09: The Deputy Commissioner Bandipora Shakeel Ul Rehman accompanied by Chief Horticulture Officer on Saturday flagged off a group of 50 progressive farmers & orchadists for Capacity Building Program under HADP at Centre of Excellence Zawoora Srinagar.
The Deputy Commissioner, on the occasion, stressed on effectively implementing the HADP for the benefit of farmers and the agriculture sector.
He highlighted the role of such programs to provide farmers know-how of latest horticulture techniques and skills aimed at improving fruit crop production and productivity.
Horticulture Development Officer and other officers and officials of the Department were present on the occasion.
