Bandipora, November 04: The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Bandipora, Dr Owais Ahmad Saturday visited the under-construction auditorium at Kuloosa, Bandipora.
The Deputy Commissioner was accompanied by Joint Director planning Imtiyaz Ahmad beisides other concerned.
The DC personally inspected the ongoing construction and directed the authorities to expedite the work for the early completion of the auditorium.
The auditorium, which is being conducted at a cost of rupees 3 crore under district plan, is expected to serve as a hub for various cultural, educational, and community events.
DC Bandipora, during the inspection, stressed the importance of completing the project within the stipulated timeframe to ensure that the residents of Bandipora and surrounding areas can benefit from this state-of-the-art facility.
He emphasized that the completion of the auditorium will not only enrich the cultural landscape of the region but also provide a platform for local artists and performers to showcase their talents.
During the visit, DC Bandipora interacted with the project management team, engineers, and workers, seeking feedback and suggestions for any obstacles that might be hindering the progress. He assured them of full support to ensure a smooth and efficient construction process.
